What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient therapy that has been practised for over 5000 years. It is a non-intrusive complimentary therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, face and hands correspond with different areas of the body and that working on these reflex points helps to aid with relaxation and with reducing the negative effects of stress on the body, helping to improve overall wellbeing.
Reflexology can be enjoyed and of help to men, women, children of all ages. Studies have shown that the benefits of reflexology may help you to:

What can I expect the first time I have a Reflexology treatment?

At your first treatment I take a full medical history consultation and we discuss how reflexology can help you. Consent forms are signed that you agree to treatment.
Reflexology is a very easy treatment to receive as only shoes and socks are removed for treatment. I use oils, creams or powder depending on your needs.

Where will the treatments take place?
Treatments take place in a comfortable therapy room in Hayes, Middx.
Parking is available and the premises are easily accessed via public transport, with the Uxbridge Road and local bus stops nearby.
I also offer a mobile Reflexology service that allows you to have the opportunity to have a relaxing Reflexology treatment in the comfort of your home.
